The cancellation and refund terms for the digital marketing, ad management, SEO, web design, and similar services offered by Adsaturn Digital Marketing ("Adsaturn") are set out below.
1. Start of Service
- All of our services begin after a contract mutually approved by the parties or a confirmation given by email.
- Before the service begins, you are informed of its scope, duration, and fee.
2. Cancellation
- Before the service begins: your cancellation request is accepted without any deduction.
- After the service begins: you are charged in proportion to the work completed up to that date.
- For monthly services: you must submit your cancellation request at least 5 days before the renewal date.
- Ad budgets: campaign budgets paid to Google, Meta, or similar third-party platforms are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refunds
- Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are given for services that have been performed in full or in part.
- Your refund request will be considered in cases of a technical error, failure to provide the service at all, or actions taken contrary to the scope of the service.
- You can send your refund request, with an explanation of the situation, to info@adsaturn.com.
- Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days using the original payment method.
4. Third-Party Advertising Platforms
Media budgets spent on advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ChatGPT Ads, and LinkedIn Ads are not invoiced by Adsaturn; these payments are made directly to the relevant platform and are not eligible for refunds. Each platform's own refund and billing terms apply.
5. Consumer Rights
The rights of clients who purchase the service as consumers under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation are reserved.
6. Right to Amend
Adsaturn reserves the right to amend these cancellation and refund terms. Updates are announced on this page and take effect from the date of publication.
