This statement explains, within the scope of Articles 5(1) and 9 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data processing activities carried out by Adsaturn Digital Marketing ("Adsaturn") solely on the basis of your explicit consent. 1. Scope of Your Consent
When you select "Accept" in the cookie notice, you give your explicit consent to the following processing:
- Analytics cookies: processing of the pages you visit, your interactions, your device and browser information, and your cookie identifiers through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager in order to measure Site traffic and improve the Site.
- Advertising and conversion measurement: processing of conversion data such as ad clicks and form submissions, and of cookie identifiers, through Google Ads and Meta Pixel in order to measure ad performance, improve our ads, and reach relevant audiences.
- Transfer abroad: transfer of the above data to Google and Meta, whose servers are located abroad, primarily in the USA, on the basis of your explicit consent to the extent that no adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK are available.
2. Free Will and No Precondition
Giving explicit consent is optional. Not giving consent does not prevent you from visiting the Site, viewing its content, submitting the proposal and analysis form, or contacting us via WhatsApp and email. If you choose "Essential only", no analytics or advertising cookies are set; under Google Consent Mode v2, only a cookieless, non-identifying aggregate measurement signal is sent.
Information you submit through the proposal and analysis form is processed not on the basis of explicit consent, but on the legal ground of evaluating your request and conducting pre-contractual discussions.
3. Withdrawal of Consent
- You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason, by selecting "Essential only" via the Cookie preferences link or the shield icon on the Site.
- You may also notify us that you have withdrawn your consent by writing to info@adsaturn.com.
- Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before that date; the relevant processing stops as of the date of withdrawal.
- You can delete cookies previously set in your browser through your browser settings.

By selecting "Accept" in the cookie notice, I acknowledge that I have been informed about the KVKK Privacy Notice, the Cookie Policy, and this statement, and that I give my explicit consent, of my own free will, to the processing of my personal data specified above for the stated purposes and to its transfer abroad.
