This Privacy Policy summarizes how Adsaturn Digital Marketing ("Adsaturn") protects the privacy of visitors to adsaturn.com (the "Site"), which it operates, and of the clients it serves. 3. Form and Contact Data
Information you submit through the free analysis and proposal form (name, company, website, phone and/or email, the services you are interested in, and your note) is stored on our server in a file outside the web root that cannot be accessed directly from the internet, and is also forwarded to info@adsaturn.com. Requests are kept for 2 years and then deleted. If you choose to be redirected to WhatsApp after the form, your conversation continues through the WhatsApp service.
4. Client Accounts and Data
The ad accounts, analytics properties, and websites of the clients we serve, and the data they contain, are accessed with the minimum necessary permissions and used solely to deliver the service defined in the contract. We do not use this data for other clients and do not share it with third parties without your permission. When the service relationship ends, you may request that our access be removed.
5. Use of AI Tools
Adsaturn uses AI tools for tasks such as reporting, drafting content, and quality control. Outputs produced by these tools are reviewed by our team before they are published or delivered to clients.
- Client data is processed with these tools only for the purpose of the service provided to the relevant client and only to the extent necessary.
- Our confidentiality obligations apply in full in this context as well; where possible, data is used in de-identified or aggregated form.
- No decisions about your personal data are made solely through automated processing by AI.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. When you click these links, the relevant platform's own privacy policy applies; Adsaturn is not responsible for the practices of these platforms.
7. Data Security
We protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse with reasonable technical and administrative measures under Article 12 of the KVKK, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), keeping form records outside the web root, and limiting access to authorized persons. Please note that no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we ask that you do not share passwords, card details, or special categories of personal data through the form. In the event of a data breach, we will notify the affected persons and the Personal Data Protection Board within the period prescribed by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses; they are not directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
