Move from rented software to a store you own.
On a rented e-commerce package, the store is yours but the platform isn't. We move your products, categories and legal pages to a WooCommerce store you control.
Who is it for?
- Stores locked into annual contracts on rented platforms like Ticimax
- Brands held back by design and feature limits
- Clothing and accessory stores with size, color and stock variations
- Businesses that want full control over tracking and SEO
What sets the scope, and what we don't do
What sets the scope and fee
- Number of products and variations
- Whether customer and order history needs to be migrated
- Need for custom design
- Number of payment, shipping and marketplace integrations
Our honest limits
- We don't extract data by breaking the rules when the current platform doesn't allow exports.
- We never launch a store that hasn't been tested.
What's included in e-commerce migration?
Product migration
Product names, descriptions, prices and images are moved to the new store. After migration, we spot-check samples.
Size and stock structure
Variations like size and color, and the stock for each, are mapped correctly. One wrongly mapped variation means selling a product you don't have.
Category and URL structure
The category tree is kept or simplified. Old URLs are redirected to new ones, so your Google pages aren't lost.
Legal pages
Distance sales agreement, pre-information form, return policy and KVKK texts are moved to the new store and updated.
Payments and shipping
We set up virtual POS and shipping integrations and verify them with test orders.
Tracking and feeds
GA4 e-commerce events, Meta Pixel and CAPI are set up. Google Merchant Center and the Meta catalog feed pull from the new store.
How do we work, step by step?
- InventoryWe list the current store's products, categories, pages and URLs.
- Test storeThe WooCommerce store is built on a test address and the data is imported.
- CheckProducts, variations, payments and shipping are tested together.
- SwitchoverRedirects are set up and the domain is pointed to the new store.
- MonitoringErrors, orders and search data are watched closely in the weeks after the move.
Questions about e-commerce migration
Will sales stop during the migration?
No. The new store is built on a separate test address while the old one keeps running. The switch happens quickly by pointing the domain to the new store.
Will my Google rankings be affected?
With the right redirects, the impact stays limited. We map old product and category URLs to new ones and monitor errors in Search Console after the move.
Can customer accounts and passwords be moved?
Customer details can be moved, but passwords usually can't. Customers set a new password on first login. We do this in line with KVKK rules.
Who will maintain WooCommerce?
Plugin and security updates need to happen regularly. Your team can handle them, or we can take them on as a maintenance service.
