The need
Helen Olimpos is an 11-room boutique stone mansion. Each room is named after one of the Olympian gods. Guests come from all over Türkiye and from abroad.
The hotel's need is clear: guests should see the rooms in their own language, pick dates and get in touch right away. People researching Mardin before arriving should also find the hotel's site.
Approach
Booking is on the first screen. The booking bar over the hero image sends the selected details as a ready-made WhatsApp message. No forms, no waiting, no email in between.
The site runs in Turkish, English, Russian, Arabic and Kurdish. We are building a 20-page Mardin travel guide for visitors researching the city. On the advertising side, we manage Google Ads campaigns focused on phone and WhatsApp contact.
